Job Description: As an Automotive Improver Vehicle Technician, you will be a key member of the workshop team, assisting in vehicle maintenance and repairs to meet high safety and performance standards. This role offers growth and development within a supportive environment.

Responsibilities:

  1. Perform routine maintenance and inspections, including oil changes, tyre rotations, and brake adjustments.
  2. Work alongside a Senior Vehicle Technician and complete training courses offered by the employer.
  3. Assist senior technicians with complex repairs and troubleshooting, learning on the job.
  4. Complete service and repair tasks efficiently, following manufacturer guidelines and safety procedures.
  5. Maintain a clean and organized work area, ensuring tools and equipment are properly maintained.
  6. Communicate effectively with colleagues and customers regarding repair progress and maintenance recommendations.

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in automotive maintenance and repair preferred.
  • Basic knowledge of vehicle systems and components.
  • Strong mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
