Import Freight Operator
£25,000 to £30,000 PE DOE
Grays, Essex
9 am to 5 pm Monday to Friday

Noble Recruiting is hiring a confident and experienced Import Freight Operator to join a friendly, growing company in West Thurrock. This is a permanent, full-time role with great long-term prospects.

What You’ll Do:

• Manage import shipments from start to finish
• Book ocean & air freight with overseas agents
• Process customs entries for air, sea & land freight
• Handle CNS/Destin8 systems (preferred but not essential)
• Organise deliveries, invoices & shipping reports
• Communicate with importers, suppliers & customers

What You Need:

• 2-3 years experience in import/freight forwarding
• Strong communication & problem-solving skills
• Ability to multi-task & manage time effectively
• Driver with own transport preferred
• UK resident with right to work (no visa sponsorship)
