Job Description:

The role

This position is immediately available on a temporary basis, with the potential to become permanent for the right candidate.

This is a full-time role, working Monday to Friday, 9am to 5pm, offering an hourly rate of £14.36.

Job duties:
  • Creating and managing import/export documentation
  • Managing supply chain paperwork
  • Preparing dispatch documentation and labels
  • Greeting visitors and handling customer service enquiries at the reception area, as well as managing the switchboard
Skills & experience required:
  • Previous experience in import/export or related supply chain roles
  • Office administration or reception experience with excellent communication and customer service skills
