Freight Forwarder – Leeds or Bradford, UK ️

Location: Leeds or Bradford, UK

Salary: £27,000 - £35,000 (DOE)

Your Role:

Manage the import and export of goods across international locations.

Coordinate transport collections and ensure smooth logistics.

Collaborate with clients, agents, and transport providers to maintain workflow.

Provide excellent customer service, handling inquiries and updates.

Track shipments, process invoices, and manage pre-alerts from overseas offices.

Prepare and submit customs entries.

Oversee shipments from departure to final delivery.

Manage job costing and invoicing accurately.

What You’ll Need:

️ 2+ years’ experience in a UK-based freight forwarding company.

️ Expertise in handling air ️, sea , and road freight.

️ Strong knowledge of customs clearance procedures.

️ Experience with freight software (e.g., Cargowise, Multifreight).

️ Excellent communication and customer service skills.
