Are you an experienced freight forwarding professional based in or near Bradford? What You’ll Be Doing:

  • Oversee day-to-day operations for international imports and exports
  • Organise and coordinate transport schedules with hauliers and carriers
  • Maintain strong working relationships with clients, overseas partners, and shipping providers
  • Keep clients informed with regular shipment updates and manage any issues that arise
  • Process invoices, track deliveries, and monitor pre-alerts from global offices
  • Accurately complete customs entries and ensure compliance with current regulations
  • Take ownership of shipments from point of origin through to final delivery
  • Ensure accurate costing and timely invoicing for each job

What We’re Looking For:

  • At least 2 years of experience working in a UK-based freight forwarding role
  • Solid knowledge of air, sea, and road freight operations
  • Confident with customs processes and international shipping documentation
  • Experience using freight software (Cargowise, Multifreight, or similar)
  • Strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple shipments simultaneously
  • Excellent communication skills and a commitment to great customer service
