LuxExperience is hiring an Import/Export Coordinator for our Charlton, UK office. The role focuses on coordinating inbound stock imports and customer outbound orders across our global network, ensuring cost efficiency and strict customs compliance.

You will work closely with suppliers, carriers and internal teams to manage documentation and timely shipments. The ideal candidate will have working knowledge of Harmonised Tariff System, Incoterms, and air export procedures, with experience handling

Competenze

• Knowledge of International Customs laws/regulations and export compliance policies.
• Detailed knowledge of Harmonised Tariff System, HMRC Customs Procedure Codes and revenue amendment policies.
• Understanding of Incoterms and duty relief procedures.
• Experience with Air export documentation and procedures.
• Familiarity with Dangerous Goods, ATA Carnet and CITES protocols is beneficial.

• Facilitate inbound stock imports and customer outbound orders into/out of Global Distribution centres at right cost and time while ensuring customs compliance.
• Liaise daily with suppliers, carriers and vendors, verifying documentation for import and re-export to 170+ markets.
• Classify goods using Harmonised Tariff System.
• Provide clear Import Clearance Instructions to Carriers.
• Assist customer care to ensure seamless delivery of shipments.
• Process urgent non-customer shipment requests through carrier software and generate shipping docs.
