? What You’ll Be Doing:

• Managing ocean import shipments from start to finish
• Liaising with overseas agents, carriers, hauliers, and customers
• Preparing and submitting customs entries
• Arranging deliveries and ensuring all documentation is in order
• Providing excellent customer service throughout the process
• Keeping systems up to date and handling any issues proactively

• Proven experience handling import freight forwarding – ideally sea freight
• Strong knowledge of the end-to-end process including customs clearance
