• Capable de travailler sous pression et de respecter des délais serrés.

Responsibilities

• Gérer toute la documentation d'import (airwaybills, permis, etc.).
• Assurer la conformité avec les régulations britanniques et CAA.
• Suivre les envois et résoudre rapidement les retards ou erreurs.

We’re looking for a proactive and detail driven Import Clerk (Night shift) to support a global leader in temperature controlled logistics near Heathrow.

This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced Import Clerk to join a business who continue to grow internationally and offer career development and a supportive team culture.

This role is onsite, 4 on 4 off night shift hours are 18.00 - 06.00 and based near Heathrow

What You’ll Do:

• Oversee and manage all import documentation (airwaybills, permits, customs clearance, etc.)
• Ensure full compliance with UK customs and CAA regulations
• Liaise with internal teams, freight forwarders, customs, and clients to ensure efficient import operations
• Track and monitor shipments, resolving delays or discrepancies swiftly
• Handle duties and taxes accurately and ensure on-time payments
• Provide real-time updates and exceptional service to clients

What We’re Looking For:

• Previous experience in air import or international logistics
• Strong knowledge of customs regulations and documentation
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
• Able to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
• Proficient in logistics systems and general IT tools
