Import Entry and Customer Service Clerk

Cantello Tayler Recruitment is currently recruiting for an Import Entry and Customer Service Clerk for our client based in Colnbrook, Office based working Monday - Friday 9am- 5.30pm. Must be a driver.

Import Entry and Customer Service Clerk duties:

  • Answer phones & liaise with customer
  • Arrange airline collections/deliveries
  • Plan import routings & overseas collection and put experience into practical everyday use.
  • Occasional Invoicing .
  • Tariff Classification
  • Import License Check
  • Prepare Import rated airwaybills in support of billings
  • Preparing of simple quotations
  • Checking correct use of CPC's & authorisations
  • Customs Entries ASM/Gems/Sequoia
  • Filing
  • Customs Post Entry Submissions/Reclaims

Import Entry and Customer Service skill requirements:

  • Communication Skills
  • Ability to use judgement
  • IT skills to include: Excel, Word, Outlook
  • Customs Entry and Classification experience
