A public health organization in Scotland seeks a part-time Training Coordinator to design and deliver IT training programmes for staff. Responsibilities include assessing training needs and providing support during implementation. The ideal candidate will have experience in a healthcare environment and strong knowledge of Microsoft Office products. A formal training qualification is preferred.
This role will be to design, deliver and evaluate training programmes. To co-ordinate and run IT training programmes for staff in NHS Lanarkshire (NHSL), including user guides and procedures, which support the implementation of new computer systems within Lanarkshire. As part of the eHealth Programme Implementation & Support Training team the post holder will liaise directly with users of Lanarkshire Applications to assess their training requirements and be responsible for maintaining and producing summary information about training delivered. Within the role you will have to provide support to Managers and Departments during and after the implementation process.
