Implementation Specialist – Turkish language | 12-Month Contract (Potential Extension)

£33,000 - £35,000 I Remote (UK-Based) with 80-90% Global Travel

Are you passionate about hospitality tech and love the idea of combining systems implementation with international travel?

We’re hiring an Implementation Specialist to join a leading global hospitality brand. In this role, you’ll take ownership of system implementation projects across hotels worldwide—delivering training, configuring systems, troubleshooting on site, and ensuring a smooth go-live experience.

What you’ll do:

  • Liaise with hotel teams to plan and coordinate on-site activities
  • Build system databases and set up hardware/network
  • Lead classroom training and provide go-live support
  • Troubleshoot technical issues and coordinate with internal/external support teams
  • Ensure smooth system interfacing and on-site communication

What we’re looking for:

  • Experience in system or software implementation (hospitality industry a plus)
  • Confident in delivering in-person training to staff
  • Comfortable with tech setup (hardware, network, database config)
  • Strong communication, organisation, and troubleshooting skills
  • Willingness and ability to travel internationally (80-90%)
