Job summary

Base pay range

Referment are exclusively partnered with a global leader in Governance, Risk & Compliance (GRC) technology solutions to help them hire a Client Implementation Specialist for their growing London team.

This role is a fantastic opportunity to join a high-growth FinTech SaaS business, working closely with leading hedge funds, private equity firms, and asset managers across the globe to deliver and implement complex regulatory technology solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Own client onboarding and implementation projects, acting as the key point of contact
• Analyse client requirements and configure software solutions
• Lead training sessions to ensure full adoption of the platform
• Manage client expectations and communicate effectively with internal product teams
• Troubleshoot, diagnose and resolve technical implementation issues
• Continuously improve internal implementation processes and workflows
  
  

What They’re Looking For

• 2+ years experience in FinTech, financial services, or investment technology
• Strong knowledge of SQL and database concepts
• Experience with C#, Git, TeamCity, Tableau or SSRS a plus
• Prior exposure to OMS/EMS or accounting systems is desirable
• Excellent organisational, analytical and client-facing skills
• Highly motivated and adaptable to a fast-paced environment
