Job description

Role: Implementation Project Manager - 12-Month Contract
Location: Field-Based/Hybrid - Ad hoc visits to Burgess Hill and client labs
Hours: Full-time (hybrid working with 2 days in-office)
Pay: 220.26 PAYE per day or 293 UMB per day

An excellent opportunity has arisen for an Implementation Project Manager to join one of our longstanding clients, an exciting and innovative global organisation committed to making a positive impact in healthcare environments, on a 12-month contract.

The Requirements:

  • Degree-level education or equivalent professional experience
  • Recognised Project Management qualification (e.g. PRINCE2 or equivalent)
  • Proven track record of end-to-end project delivery, including planning, stakeholder engagement, and execution
  • Strong commercial and presales experience with sound business acumen
  • Able to manage complex projects within matrixed or cross-functional organisations

The Role:

  • Lead and deliver medium to high-complexity implementation projects from tender award to completion
  • Manage stakeholder relationships, act as the primary escalation point, and ensure milestones and deliverables are achieved
  • Coordinate project planning activities, including timelines, floor plans, and procurement, while maintaining regular communication with internal and external teams
  • Support pre-tender solution development, value-added proposals, and customer presentations
  • Oversee onsite implementation, including construction monitoring and issue resolution, ensuring customer alignment throughout the project lifecycle
