Implementation Project Manager

We're looking for an experienced Implementation Project Manager to lead strategic customer onboarding.

Your Role:

• Day-to-day: Manage projects, liaise with clients and teams, and improve processes.
• Strategic: Oversee large and complex customer implementations.
• Leadership: Mobilise and motivate teams, ensure project success, and communicate effectively.
• Senior Leadership Engagement: Communicate with and influence senior leaders.
• Customer Focus: Deliver excellent service, training, and support.
• Process Improvement: Conduct post-implementation reviews; identify and implement improvements for better efficiency.
• Collaboration: Work closely with global and local teams for seamless project delivery.
• Project Management: Plan, track, and manage projects from start to finish.

What You'll Need:

• Extensive experience of project and change management, particularly in cross-functional supply chain and tech.
• Experience within a global supply chain company
• Strong understanding of supply chain processes and tech
• Proficiency in project management tools (MS Project, Jira, Trello)
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines
• Agile methodology experience
• Strong analytical skills
• Exceptional customer service focus
• Adaptability to changing project requirements

We offer a hybrid working environment, requiring on average 3 day a week from our Leeds or London office for collaboration and team meetings. This balance ensures you have the flexibility to work remotely while staying connected with your colleagues.
