Job description

Role: Implementation Project Manager – 12–Month Contract
Location: Field–Based/Hybrid – Ad hoc visits to Burgess Hill and client labs
Hours: Full–time (hybrid working with 2 days in–office)
Pay: 220.26 PAYE per day or 293 UMB per day

The Requirements:

• Degree–level education or equivalent professional experience
• Recognised Project Management qualification (e.g. PRINCE2 or equivalent)
• Proven track record of end–to–end project delivery, including planning, stakeholder engagement, and execution
• Strong commercial and presales experience with sound business acumen
• Able to manage complex projects within matrixed or cross–functional organisations

The Role:

• Lead and deliver medium to high–complexity implementation projects from tender award to completion
• Manage stakeholder relationships, act as the primary escalation point, and ensure milestones and deliverables are achieved
• Coordinate project planning activities, including timelines, floor plans, and procurement, while maintaining regular communication with internal and external teams
• Support pre–tender solution development, value–added proposals, and customer presentations
• Oversee onsite implementation, including construction monitoring and issue resolution, ensuring customer alignment throughout the project lifecycle
