Implementation Lead

Reed Technology is delighted to be working with a highly regarded organisation with their search for a Implementation Lead

Within this role you will be the driving force behind seamless transitions, customer success, and operational excellence — onboarding new clients onto the organisations platform, seamlessly managing the end to end process

Hours:35 hours per week

Shift pattern: Monday to Friday 09:00-17:00

Salary: £43,450 per annum rising to £48,450 after successful completion of probation

Location: Remote

We are looking for:

  • Proven experience of developing and implementing service projects. Project Planning – prince2 or similar
  • Strong IT skills using a wide range of different computer systems including Word, Viso, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook Can challenge in a professional and personable way.
  • Customer service and relationship management
  • Management of data migration
  • Experience of delivering against deadlines in a time critical environment
  • Adhere to the highest levels of quality and compliance in line with company policies and procedures.
  • Can use the stakeholder expertise to drive results.
  • Is an engagement champion obtaining buy in from the staff
  • Can analyse large amounts of data to demonstrate results.
  • Demonstrable experience of working with the public face to face and/or on the telephone.
  • Ability to influence ideas, suggestions, and feedback to improve the service and to identify and implement service improvement projects.
  • Aware of health and safety responsibilities for team.
  • Has delivered tangible change programmes in SME.
