Job summary

Stratospherec Ltd is seeking an ERP Software Solutions Implementation Manager to deliver predictable, standards-led ERP implementations nationwide. You will lead multiple ERP projects from mobilisation through go-live, ensuring confident go-live and a smooth handover to Customer Success.

This role requires travel to customer sites and working with clients across the UK; you will join a team with regular workshops, training, and billable delivery activities, with Birmingham office visits once or

• Strong business analysis and consultancy capability (process mapping, gap analysis).
• Demonstrated risk, issue, and dependency management with timely escalation.
• Excellent stakeholder communication from operational teams to executive level.
• Confident use of delivery tooling (plans, RAID, backlogs, test evidence) and analytical reporting.
• Willingness to travel to customer sites with out-of-hours support during cutover.

Job description

My client is an ERP software solutions company based in the Midlands who is looking for an ERP Software Solutions Implementation Manager to deliver predictable, standards-led ERP implementations to its clients nationwide.

In this role you will take the lead on multiple ERP software implementation projects from mobilisation through to 'go-live' and early stabilisation, ensuring the company's customers 'go live' with confidence and transition cleanly into Customer Success.

This role will require attendance at the company's Birmingham office once or twice a month, however the successful applicant can be based anywhere in the UK, as you will work as part of a team, taking the lead on your own multiple ERP implementation projects nationwide, maintaining strong customer contact, 3-4 days per week, through workshops, training, consultancy and billable delivery activity.

Essential Skills & Experience

• Experience delivering end-to-end ERP software or complex business system implementations.
• Strong business analysis and consultancy capability (process mapping, gap analysis).

Desirable skills and experience

• ERP implementation experience within manufacturing, distribution or supply‑chain environments.
• Working knowledge of SQL/T‑SQL and/or data migration tooling.
• Formal delivery or analysis credentials (e.g., PRINCE2/Agile/Lean/Six Sigma) applied pragmatically.
• Experience coordinating custom development and integrations.

This role is offering a competive salary up to 58K plus bens and includes a company car allowance
