Job summary

Urban Science is seeking an Implementation Engineer to support design, development, and delivery of software solutions for clients using .NET, SQL Server, Angular, and related tools. You will work in an Agile/Scrum team focused on multi-tenant microservices, contributing to design discussions, code reviews, and continuous delivery.

The role requires at least two years of relevant experience, a Bachelor's in a related field, and strong collaboration with product owners and stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Experience on Agile/Scrum teams and Azure DevOps for task management.
• Ability to analyze requirements, design effective solutions, and test functionality.
• Strong attention to detail with ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Solid knowledge of SDLC practices and quality engineering concepts.
• Collaborates with product owners, developers, and business stakeholders.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, Word).

Responsibilities

• Gather and translate client requirements into software solutions.
• Implement, configure, test, and support client applications.
• Participate in Agile/Scrum activities including design reviews and CI/CD.
• Develop and maintain databases, queries, integrations, and features.
• Identify design, performance, security, and maintainability considerations.
• Create and maintain technical design docs, release notes, and training materials.
• Provide training and support to users; assist process improvements and mentoring.
