About The Role:

Join a dynamic team of Professional Services professionals who help clients gain more control over their treasury, risk, and liquidity operations and processes. The Junior Implementation Consultant contributes to project design, implementation, configuration, and training of Kyriba modules. You will support clients with configuration, data validation, workflow validation, training, user acceptance testing, and go-live preparation. This role offers opportunities to deepen your knowledge of treasury systems and risk management, work across industries and geographies, and participate in project work, business development, and training activities to grow as a consultant.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
  • Obtain Kyriba Center of Excellence (COE) certification across various modules
  • Develop a personalized training plan for growth
  • Assist in solution design workshops and contribute to solution design documents
  • Support data gathering and understanding requirements
  • Cross-train across modules
  • Provide connectivity banking templates based on scope
  • Configure and test solutions and workflows
  • Assist in testing phases and support go-live
  • Participate in workshops and apply Kyriba implementation methodologies
  • Track project tasks and progress
  • Maintain accurate timesheets and a billable utilization rate of 80%
Education, Experience, and Skills:
  • 1–3 years’ experience in treasury, treasury systems, or related fields
  • Knowledge of Cash Management, Payments, FX, ERP, and Risk Management is a plus
  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Finance, Accounting, or relevant experience
  • Experience with TMS, FinTech, SaaS, ERP, SQL, Business Intelligence is advantageous
  • Strong problem-solving, critical thinking, and communication skills
