Job summary

Civica in the United Kingdom is seeking an Implementation Consultant for Revenues & Benefits to join our Customer team. You will lead the implementation, run discovery workshops, configure software and deliver training to local authority users, ensuring value from Civica's solutions.

You will work with project managers and product teams, manage risks and build strong stakeholder relationships to deliver successful outcomes across council tax, business rates, and housing benefits.

Qualifications

• Experience implementing or supporting Revenues & Benefits software solutions.
• Knowledge of local government Revenues & Benefits processes (Council Tax, Business Rates, Housing Benefits).
• Experience in a consultancy, implementation or customer-facing role.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Ability to translate business requirements into effective solutions.
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Experience delivering workshops, training or user engagement activities.

We're looking for an Implementation Consultant - Revenues & Benefits to join our Customer team. You'll work with local authority customers to successfully implement and optimise Civica's Revenues & Benefits solutions, ensuring they gain maximum value from their investment and achieve successful business outcomes.

What you'll be doing

• Leading the implementation of Civica Revenues & Benefits solutions for local authority customers
