Job summary

Wipro Limited in Reading, UK, seeks an Implementation Consultant for Calculations to implement automated pension calculations. You should be proficient in T-SQL and XML and be able to work well in a team, delivering calculation automation for a variety of benefit designs in line with client and legislative requirements.

You will lead the implementation and maintenance of pension calculations (Defined Benefit and Defined Contribution), configure workflows, data maintenance screens, and interfaces

Thepurposeofthisroleistoimplementautomatedpensionscalculations.Tobesuccessful,youshouldbeproficientintheuseofT-SQL,XMLandabletoworkwellaspartofateam.Youareabletosuccessfullyimplementcalculationautomationforavarietyofbenefitdesigns,toclientandlegislativerequirements.Ultimately,demonstratingstrongknowledgeandexperienceintheirarea,soundtechnicalknowledgeaswellasexceptionalanalytical,communication,andcustomerserviceskills.

Descriptionandresponsibilities:

• Youareprimarilyresponsiblefortheimplementationandmaintenanceofpensionsbenefitcalculations,DefinedBenefitandDefinedContributionschemedesigns,pensionincreases,equalisedGMPsandvaluations
• Additionaldutiesincludetheconfigurationofworkflows,datamaintenancescreens,interfaceswithothersystems,pensionerpayroll,datamigrationsandreport
• Meetingwithclientstogatherrequirements
• Communicatingwithclientsthroughoutthesoftwarecustomisationprocesstoobtainfeedbackandapproval.
• Customisingsoftwaresystemsbasedonclients’individualneedsandspecifications.
• Creatingdocumentationforclientsandforinternalusewhereappropriate
