Job summary

Jobtailor is seeking a proactive software implementation specialist to manage pension benefit calculations within the IntelliPen administration system. You will tailor configurations to client requirements, define workflows, and ensure smooth data migrations and reporting.

You’ll meet with clients to gather needs and communicate progress throughout customization. Education and training support will be provided as needed.

• Implementation and maintenance of pension benefit calculations within IntelliPen to meet client requirements.
• Configure workflows, data maintenance screens and interfaces with other systems.

• Educate clients on IntelliPen features and customised system use.
• Collaborate with training team as needed.

Responsibilities

• Implementation and maintenance of pension benefit calculations within the IntelliPen administration system to meet clients' requirements, including but not limited to defined benefit and defined contribution scheme designs, pension increases, equalised GMPs and valuations.
• Additional duties include configuration of workflows, data maintenance screens, interfaces with other systems, pensioner payroll, data migrations and reporting.
• Meeting with clients to gather requirements.
• Communicating with clients throughout the software customisation process to obtain feedback and approval.
• Customising software systems based on clients’ individual needs and specifications.
• Educating clients on how to use IntelliPen and customised system features.
• Engaging with our training team when required.
