Job summary

Procentia in Bristol is seeking an Implementation Consultant to configure the IntelliPen product suite for clients. You will work with a Team Leader and colleagues to tailor workflows, data migrations, reports and benefit calculations, and you’ll meet with clients to gather requirements.

The role requires proficiency in T-SQL and XML, strong analytical and communication skills, and the ability to learn new technologies quickly.

Responsibilities

• Configure the IntelliPen administration system to meet client requirements (workflows, data maintenance screens, interfaces, payroll, migrations, reports, benefit calculations).
• Meet with clients to gather requirements.
• Communicate with clients throughout the customization process for feedback and approvals.
• Customise software systems based on client needs.
• Educate clients on using IntelliPen and its features; coordinate with the training team.

The job

As part of our continuing growth we are seeking to recruit an Implementation Consultant, and you will report to a Team Leader and collaborate with all colleagues in the business.

The purpose of this role is to configure our IntelliPen suite of products for our clients.

To be successful as an Implementation Consultant, you should be proficient in the use of T-SQL, XML and able to work well as part of a team. Ultimately, an outstanding Implementation Consultant will demonstrate sound technical knowledge as well as exceptional analytical, communication, and customer service skills.

Here’s what you’ll be doing

• You are responsible for all aspects of configuring our “IntelliPen” administration system to meet our clients’ requirements, including but not limited to, the configuration of workflows, data maintenance screens, interfaces with other systems, pensioner payroll, data migrations, reports and benefit calculations.
• Meeting with clients to gather requirements
• Communicating with clients throughout the software customisation process to obtain feedback and approval.
• Customising software systems based on clients’ individual needs and specifications.
• Educating clients on how to use IntelliPen and customised system features. Engaging with our training team when required.
