This is a Permanent, Full-Time vacancy that will close in 17 days at 23:59 BST.

The Vacancy

Every by IRIS is hiring! We are seeking an Implementation Consultant Associate to join us.

You will report to the Implementation Team Leader, focusing on supporting new and existing customers with the implementation, onboarding, training, and engagement of Every’s products and services.

You will be an integral part of the Customer Professional Services Department, ensuring customers have a fantastic experience as they start their Every journey.

Your role ultimately helps to ensure high customer retention by delivering a first-class experience within the first 30 days of system implementation.

Most team members are based in Leeds; the successful candidate will be expected to travel to the Leeds office occasionally.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Customer Expectation Management: Set clear expectations, guide customers remotely through implementation, and manage timelines effectively.
  2. Relationship Building: Develop strong working relationships to enhance engagement and satisfaction.
  3. Multitasking: Manage multiple projects simultaneously, maintaining high standards.
  4. Customer Service Excellence: Provide exceptional service and online guidance to diverse audiences.
  5. Project Continuity: Complete tasks or escalate as needed to ensure smooth transitions.
  6. Timely Referrals: Refer issues promptly to other departments for resolution.
  7. Process Improvement: Collaborate across departments to improve processes continually.
  8. Effective Communication: Maintain proactive communication across business areas.
  9. Technical Support: Respond to inquiries, troubleshoot, and guide clients on software use.
Skills & Experience
  • Onboarding Delivery: Provide engaging, tailored onboarding experiences.
  • IT & System Proficiency: Strong IT skills, quick adaptation to bespoke systems, data analysis skills.
  • Excel Skills: Intermediate level, capable of data analysis and manipulation.
  • Communication Skills: Confident across channels including phone, face-to-face, online.
  • Relationship Building: Foster positive relationships with colleagues and clients.
  • Multitasking & Time Management: Manage multiple tasks under pressure effectively.
  • Deadline-Oriented: Proven ability to meet deadlines and drive results.
  • Learning & Collaboration: Proactive in learning and sharing knowledge.
  • Customer-Centric Attitude: Passionate about delivering excellent customer service.
  • Project Management: Experience in managing projects; organizational skills (Preferred).
