An established industry player is seeking a passionate Implementation Consultant to enhance customer satisfaction through effective software implementations. Resolver operates as a hybrid workforce with the option to work at home, in the office, or a mix of both. There will be times where we’ll need you to be at our London office.
As a Implementation Consultant (aka a Solution Consultant), you live to delight customers by solving business problems with technology. You are a customer advocate, who helps guide Resolver’s SaaS implementations by separating wants from needs, providing recommendations, configuring off-the-shelf software and administering training on best practices.
You'llpartner with Consultants, Solution Architects and Project Managers to impress customers with implementations that typically take 3- 6 months - but don't worry, you'll be working on multiple projects at once that will keep things interesting but not overwhelming!
