Resolver operates as a hybrid workforce with the option to work at home, in the office, or a mix of both. There will be times where we’ll need you to be at our London office.

As an Implementation Consultant (also known as a Solution Consultant), you thrive on delighting customers by solving business problems with technology. You are a customer advocate, guiding Resolver’s SaaS implementations by distinguishing between wants and needs, providing recommendations, configuring off-the-shelf software, and administering training on best practices.

You will partner with Consultants, Solution Architects, and Project Managers to deliver implementations that typically last 3-6 months. You will work on multiple projects simultaneously, keeping your work engaging without being overwhelming!

Your day-to-day: Let's break it down!

Project Delivery (90%)
Measures of success include customer feedback (NPS, references), peer feedback, utilization, and project margin.

You will lead and participate in software implementation delivery, enabling customers to maximize software benefits.

Consultation:

  • Educate customers on requirements for successful implementations
  • Create design alternatives, produce work estimates, provide recommendations, and secure agreement on designs that meet customer needs and industry best practices

Project Management:

  • Establish a shared vision of project success during initiation
  • Control and communicate scope, schedule, budget, and risks
  • Lead regular discussions to review work plans, risks, and decisions, driving projects to completion

Business Analysis:

  • Gather and document customer requirements

Configuration:

  • Configure software based on design, perform quality assurance to minimize rework (no coding required)

Training:

  • Deliver training sessions and create training materials (documents, decks, videos)

Presales Support (5%)
Measures of success include accurate work estimates, Statements of Work, and estimation tools.

  • Collaborate with Sales and lead presales activities to clarify project scope, success factors, and costs

Product Management (5%)
Share market feedback and insights into the product roadmap with Product Management.

  • Establish communication channels for feedback sharing

Ideal Candidates:

  • 2-4 years experience with enterprise off-the-shelf software or incident management solutions
  • Proficiency with Visio, MS Project, MS Office, and CRM tools like Salesforce
  • Experience in Incident Management, Investigation, Case Management, or Security Risk Management is a plus
  • Passionate about customer satisfaction and managing multiple projects
  • Excellent communication skills and enthusiasm for customer interaction
  • Self-starter capable of working independently
