A leading SaaS company seeks an Implementation Consultant to drive customer success through effective software delivery and project management. This hybrid role allows for flexible work arrangements while providing opportunities for professional growth and collaboration with a passionate team. Resolver operates as a hybrid workforce with the option to work at home, in the office, or a mix of both. There will be times where we’ll need you to be at our London office.
As an Implementation Consultant (also known as a Solution Consultant), you thrive on delighting customers by solving business problems with technology. You are a customer advocate, guiding Resolver’s SaaS implementations by distinguishing between wants and needs, providing recommendations, configuring off-the-shelf software, and administering training on best practices.
You will partner with Consultants, Solution Architects, and Project Managers to deliver implementations that typically last 3-6 months. You will work on multiple projects simultaneously, keeping your work engaging without being overwhelming!

Project Delivery (90%)
Measures of success include customer feedback (NPS, references), peer feedback, utilization, and project margin.
You will lead and participate in software implementation delivery, enabling customers to maximize software benefits.
