Job Description:

Implant Operations Specialist - Part-Time located between Portsmouth and Worthing.
Our client will train the right person with good computer skills, written and spoken English, and their own transport.

Role Overview: As an Implant Operations Specialist, you'll work alongside various departments within the company to ensure that the processing of shipments is both compliant and timely. Work proactively to process shipments and/or support with expertise and advice on moving shipments effectively and in a compliant manner. Manage exceptions and share information.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and support the relationship with the onsite client.
  • Deal with various requirements such as processing, coordination of hazardous and emergency shipments, while seeking additional business opportunities.
  • Promote company services, products, and pricing.
  • Build in-depth knowledge of the client’s business, strategies, operations, and processes.
  • Proactively develop current service offerings and strive to exceed expectations.

Process Responsibilities:

  • Processing domestic, EU, and third-country shipments daily, including creating shipping documents like commercial invoices, pro forma invoices, packing lists, permits, dangerous goods declarations, ATA carnets, and consular documents.
  • Coordinate and process shipments through various systems.
  • Ensure shipment processing aligns with company procedures.
  • Produce management reports and participate in management meetings.
  • Support head office and production teams with solutions for managing urgent transportation requests.
  • Ensure compliance with quality and customs policies.

Work hours: 20 hours per week, Monday to Friday (e.g., four hours daily).
Salary: approximately £20,600.
