Job summary

Henry Schein Dental Recruitment is seeking an experienced Private/Implant Dentist in Lancashire for 2 days per week (Thursdays and Fridays). The role focuses on implants, composite bonding, and Invisalign, with a base of an established patient base and strong demand in restorative, cosmetic and implant dentistry.

The clinician should be confident in both placing and restoring implants, and will benefit from dedicated support, a modern digital workflow, and favourable fee shares.

Qualifications

• Must be fully qualified and GDC registered in the UK.
• Experience in placing and restoring dental implants is essential.
• Confident in implant planning and restorative workflows.

Responsibilities

• Place dental implants and restore implant-based cases.
• Lead treatment planning for implant and restorative cases.
• Provide restorative dentistry and cosmetic treatments as part of implant-led care.
• Experience with composite bonding is advantageous; Invisalign experience is a plus.

PRIVATE / IMPLANT DENTIST – LANCASHIRE

An opportunity is available for an experienced associate dentist to work in a well-established, independently owned private practice in Lancashire.

2 days per week required (Thursdays and Fridays) focussing on implants, composite bonding, and Invisalign.

The successful candidate will take over an established patient base with strong demand and significant earning potential in restorative, cosmetic and implant dentistry.

Looking for a clinician who is already experienced and confident in both placing and restoring dental implants.

• 45% private fee split
• Practice pays 50% of private lab bills
• Two dedicated nurses for implant sessions
• Hygienist and therapist support
• Modern digital workflow including Dentally Pro, iTero scanners, digital radiography and on-site CBCT
• No marketing fee charged to associates

The practice actively invests in patient acquisition, meaning associates benefit from a consistent flow of enquiries rather than generating all private work themselves.

Over the most recent six-month period, the clinic generated:

• 101 Invisalign/composite bonding consultations
• Average: approximately 17 consultations per month
• 27 implant consultations
• Average: 4-5 implant consultations per month

These figures exclude a number of general website enquiries and enquiries that were not treatment-tagged within the CRM.

The practice provides a comprehensive range of implant, restorative, cosmetic and orthodontic treatments, including single and multiple implants, implant-supported prostheses, full-arch treatment, bone grafting, and other associated surgical procedures.

The successful candidate should already be comfortable with:

Training and support can be provided for an appropriate clinician wishing to develop the Invisalign aspect of their practice.

A portfolio demonstrating implant and restorative cases will be required as part of the recruitment process.

Flexible start date and remuneration/working arrangements can be discussed with the right applicant.

All suitable candidates must be fully qualified, GDC registered with UK dental experience. Full right to work in the UK is required as visa sponsorship is not available.
