MBR Dental Recruitment is assisting a dental practice in Lancaster, Lancashire to recruit an Implant Dentist on a permanent basis. The role is part-time, 1 day per week with flexible hours.

The successful dentist will manage complex implants cases (Bone Grafts, Sinus Lifts, All-on-X) with support from an in-house team. A 50% revenue split applies, with typical earnings per clinical day between £1,500 and £3,000.

• GDC registration as a dentist is required.
• Enhanced DBS certificate is required.
• Experience handling complex implant cases is essential.

Responsibilities

• Manage implant cases including Bone Grafts, Sinus Lifts and All-on-X.
• Collaborate with the in-house marketing team and Treatment Co-ordinator.
• Provide implant dentistry within a multi-service practice.

MBR Dental are currently assisting a dental practice located in Lancaster, Lancashire to recruit an Implant Dentist to join their team on a permanent basis.

Vacancy Details

• Available as soon as possible.
• Notice periods are considered.
• Part-time opportunity, 1 day per week.
• Surgery space Monday to Friday, plus optional Saturdays.
• Practice is open 8am-6pm and can offer flexibility on the working hours.
• Permanent Implant Dentist role (4 month notice period).

Earnings and Remuneration

• 50% split on revenue and Lab Bills.
• Option to pick up another day offering Clear Aligners & General Private Dentistry.
• Dentist will be managing a list of complex cases including Bone Grafts, Sinus Lifts, and All-on-X.
• In-house marketing team and Treatment Co-ordinator .
• Typical gross earnings per clinical day of £1500-£3000 (paid monthly).
• Implants is an existing service at the practice.

Practice Overview

• Modern 14 surgery dental practice.
• Onsite CBCT Scanner, OPG, IOS Scanner, Intraoral Cameras.
• Digital X-Rays, plus Sendoline, and WaveOne Rotary Endo in surgeries.
• Computerised with R4 software.
• Practice provides General Dentistry, Implants, Endodontics, Minor Oral Surgery and Sedation.
• Clinical support from Hygienist, experienced Practice Manager and Dental Nurses.

Location & Travel

• Onsite parking is available.
• Under 1 hours commute from Morecambe, Carnforth, Kendal, Garstang and Milnthorpe.
• 10-15 minute walk from Lancaster Train station.
• Direct trains from Morecambe, Carnforth, Kendal, Oxenholme Lake District, Preston and Bare Lane.
