Job summary

Connex Education Partnership is seeking dedicated Teaching Assistants to support schools across Spalding, Lincoln and the surrounding Lincolnshire areas. You will work with teachers to deliver engaging lessons, support individuals and small groups, and help pupils develop academically, socially and emotionally.

Experience in a school, nursery or childcare setting is beneficial, but a positive attitude and genuine desire to help children succeed are key.
