Job summary

Connex Education Partnership is seeking dedicated Teaching Assistants to support partner schools across Bourne, Lincoln and the surrounding areas. You will help deliver engaging lessons, provide one-to-one and small-group support, and assist with the development of children's academic, social and emotional skills.

We welcome experienced TAs, graduates exploring education careers, or those with transferable skills who are passionate about safeguarding and helping children thrive.

Qualifications

• Experience in a school or childcare setting is beneficial.
• Positive attitude, willingness to learn, and commitment to safeguarding.
• Able to build positive relationships with pupils and staff.

Responsibilities
