Eastwood Grange School is recruiting a Teaching Assistant to join our Education team in Ashover. You will work alongside the class teacher, assisting pupils with work and supporting behaviour while modelling positive behaviour.

The role requires resilience, good communication and the ability to adapt across key stages. We offer training and progression, plus a supportive, collaborative environment at Aspris Children’s Services.

Qualifications

• Previous experience supporting in a classroom setting.
• Ability to support across all key stages and adapt teaching strategies.
