Job summary

CYGNET is hiring support workers to join Ranaich House, a 14-bed residential service in Dunblane, supporting adults with Learning Disabilities, Mental Health and Physical Needs. You will work day and night shifts (42 hours) on a full-time contract, promoting independence and assisting residents with daily life.

We offer probationary rate, progression pay, free meals, parking, PVG, pension, and funded training.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Promote resident independence and support daily living activities.
• Monitor residents and report concerns to senior staff.
