Qualificações

• Previous experience as a Support Worker or in a care setting.
• Compassionate and reliable with a patient approach.
• Able to communicate effectively with service users, families and colleagues.
• Willing to work across a range of shifts and services.

Responsabilidades

• Provide person-centred support to individuals with varying needs.
• Assist with daily living activities and promote independence.
• Develop positive relationships with the people you support.
• Support access to community activities, appointments and social opportunities.
• Follow individual support plans and maintain accurate records.
• Collaborate with colleagues and other professionals to deliver high‑quality support.
• Promote dignity, choice, inclusion and independence at all times.
• Follow safeguarding, health and safety and organisational policies.
