Job summary

Creative Support is seeking a dedicated Support Coordinator in Preston, Lancashire. Up to £14.65 per hour, full-time role in our intensive support service for individuals with learning disabilities and challenging behaviours.

The role requires a clean driving licence and access to a vehicle to travel across Preston. You will provide outcome-focused support to help clients lead fulfilling lives, manage tenancies, and engage with the local community.

Qualifications

• Must have clean driving licence and access to a vehicle.
• Willingness to work evenings, weekends, and sleep-ins.

Responsibilities

• Provide outcome focused support to enable clients to lead fulfilling lives and maintain tenancies.
• Meet client needs and assist with rota management, induction and staff supervision.
• Travel around Preston and surrounding areas using a vehicle; participate in on-call rota.
• Administering medication as required.
