• Manage, Evaluate and Direct Nursing care for a defined Caseload of Clients.
• Develop Clinical Nursing Skills to provide Care in Absence of Senior Nurse, ward Nurse, Incharge Sister.
• Maintain and develop high clinical Standards and Nursing Care.
• Continuing development of professional Nursing Practice on the ICU, Wards.
• Develop and Maintain Specialized Knowledge of Nursing Practice relevant to clinical area.
• Communicate effectively information to patient/relatives/care givers, and all Health care team Members.
• Work toward acting as a Mentor, Role model to others.
• Reflecting the beliefs about professional Nursing Practice and Client care outlined in ward philosophy.
• Conduct oneself and act as role model to Junior Nurses at all times.
• Be proactive in timely discharge planning of the patients.
