Job summary
Lancashire County Council is seeking a Social Worker to join the Older People and Physical Disabilities team across Ormskirk, Newburgh & West Lancashire Neighbourhood Team. You will support adults to live well, safely and independently at home, using a strengths-based approach and working with carers and partners to shape personalised outcomes.
