Responsibilities

• Deliver pre-prepared lessons in the absence of teaching staff.
• Supervise classes across a range of subjects and year groups.
• Ensure students remain engaged and on task throughout lessons.
• Manage classroom behaviour in line with school policies.
• Provide support and guidance to students when required.
• Record attendance and lesson outcomes as directed.
• Promote a positive and productive learning environment.
