Job summary

Story Terrace Inc. is seeking a Salaried GP to work at Giffard Drive Surgery in Farnborough. You will provide autonomous medical care to the practice population, ensuring high standards while adhering to GMC guidelines and the GMS contract.

You will manage chronic conditions, handle referrals and prescriptions, and contribute to clinical governance, training, and service improvement within a collaborative team environment.

Qualifications

• Recognised primary medical qualification (MBBS or equivalent).
• GP Training Completion (CCT).
• GMC registration in good standing (Full).
• NHS Performer’s List status is required.

Responsibilities

• Provide medical services to the practice population with high-standard clinical care.
• Deliver services in line with the GMS contract and local guidelines.
• Generic prescribing adhering to local and national guidance.
• Effective management of long-term conditions.
• Process administration including referrals and repeat prescriptions.
• On a rotational basis, act as a duty doctor.
• Maintain accurate clinical records and participate in audits.
• Contribute to practice meetings and development activities.
