Job summary

To work as an autonomous salaried GP at Giffard Drive Surgery in Farnborough, providing high-standard medical care within a GP-led team. You will support clinical governance, manage referrals, and contribute to continuous improvement of patient care.

The post requires GMC registration, GP Training completion, and full GMC credentials, with a focus on delivering quality primary care under the GMS contract.

Qualifications

• A recognised primary medical qualification e.g., MBBS or equivalent.
• Certificate of Completion of GP Training is required.
• CCT GP on NHS Performers List and GMC Registration are required.

Responsibilities

• Deliver highly effective medical care to the entitled population.
• Provide services in line with the GMS contract and local guidelines.
• Maintain accurate clinical records and manage referrals/repeat prescriptions.
