Leicester City Council is recruiting Residential Support Workers to care for children in our eight OFSTED-rated homes across Leicester. The role is full-time (37 hours) with shift work, including evenings and weekends, and sponsorship is not available.

You will support young people’s growth, complete care plans, and work within a supportive team. The council emphasizes empathy, resilience and adaptability, with a strong focus on safeguarding and professional development.

Competenze

• Experience working with vulnerable children or young people in voluntary or paid settings.
• Commitment to ongoing professional development and training.
• Ability to work in different locations.
• Full Right to Work in the UK – Sponsorship is not available.
