Job summary

Lancaster University invites applications for a project coordinator to support the Grace-net Gambling Harms network. The role involves coordinating across a multi-site team including academic researchers and external partners, and developing capacity through outreach and communication.

You will help partners realise the benefits of research and community engagement, with a focus on record-keeping, monitoring expenses, and taking minutes as key responsibilities. Fixed-term until 27 April 2027.

Qualifications

• Experience coordinating multi-site projects (UKRI-funded) and liaising with diverse partners.
• Strong organisational and administrative skills including budgeting/expense monitoring.

Responsibilities

• Support liaison among network participants across local government, NHS, NGOs and charity sector.
• Facilitate communication and capacity-building; outreach to organisations impacted by gambling harms.
• Assist with reporting, coordination of meetings, minutes and expense monitoring.
