Qualifications

• Studying towards a degree with a placement year.
• Willing to work in a hybrid office-based role in Milton Keynes.
• Demonstrates strong communication and analytical thinking.

Responsibilities

• Provide analysis and management information on project performance.
• Manage EPMO and Daptiv mailboxes, routing queries appropriately.
• Support timesheet approvals and related queries.
• Maintain accurate information in the PPM tool and assist users.
• Support Quarterly Planning with reports and communications.
• Assist monthly reporting and data reconciliation across systems.
• Manage document version control and access requests.
• Build cross-functional relationships to improve data quality.
• Support Steering Committee documentation and ad hoc tasks.
