Job summary

Educato Limited is seeking a dedicated Teacher to take responsibility for a class, plan and deliver engaging lessons in line with the National Curriculum. You will assess pupil progress, differentiate learning to meet diverse needs, and work collaboratively with teaching assistants, the SENCO and the wider team to support attainment and wellbeing in school life.

This role requires strong classroom management, commitment to safeguarding and participation in planning, assessment and wider school

Qualifications

• Hold QTS or be an Early Career Teacher (ECT).
• Experience in a UK school setting, including placements for ECTs.
• Strong understanding of the Primary National Curriculum.
• Confident with classroom and behaviour management.
• Ability to plan and adapt lessons for varied learning needs.
• Passion for pupil progress and attainment.
• Organised, reliable and a team player.
• Right to work in the UK; available full-time, Mon-Fri.

Responsibilities

• Plan and deliver creative lessons aligned with the National Curriculum.
• Assess pupil progress and adapt teaching as needed.
• Create a positive, inclusive classroom environment.
• Differentiate teaching to meet diverse needs.
• Support pupils with SEND with SENCO collaboration.
• Maintain high expectations for behaviour and progress.
• Build positive relationships with pupils, parents and staff.
• Contribute to planning, assessment and school activities.
