Senploy is recruiting a dedicated Primary Classroom Teacher in Torquay who can deliver inclusive, engaging lessons while supporting pupils to make meaningful progress. You’ll create an environment where pupils feel supported, challenged and motivated to learn.

You’ll need QTS or recognised equivalent, experience with primary-aged pupils, and strong knowledge of the National Curriculum. Plan differentiated lessons, monitor progress with assessment, and collaborate with Teaching Assistants and

• QTS or recognised equivalent is required.
• Experience teaching primary-aged pupils.
• Good knowledge of the National Curriculum.
• Ability to plan and deliver differentiated lessons.
• Patient, encouraging and adaptable approach.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• Commitment to children's learning and wellbeing.
• ECTs and experienced teachers welcome to apply.

Responsabilités

• Deliver well-planned lessons across the primary curriculum.
• Adapt teaching methods to meet diverse learners.
• Identify gaps and provide additional support.
• Support pupils with SEND and individual learning needs.
• Use assessment to monitor progress and inform planning.
• Encourage active participation and independent thinking.
• Maintain positive classroom behaviour and routines.
• Collaborate with Teaching Assistants and other staff.
• Build strong relationships with pupils and parents.
• Promote an inclusive and supportive classroom culture.
