Qualifications

• Must be a Registered Nurse with valid NMC registration.
• Experience in primary care or prison healthcare is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Deliver comprehensive primary care, manage medication rounds, and run clinics (tissue viability, wound care, immunisations).
• Provide urgent care triage for acute presentations and ensure timely access to pathways.
• Lead early days in custody assessments, connecting individuals with appropriate care from day one.
• Lead clinical decision-making with autonomous judgments and contribute to integrated care delivery.
• Collaborate with prison staff and partner agencies, attending key meetings to support joined-up care.
