Spectrum Community Health CIC is seeking a Bank Primary Care Nurse to join the HMP Liverpool team. This casual bank role offers flexible shifts with enhanced weekend, night, and bank holiday rates, working within the Category B local prison setting.

You will provide comprehensive primary care, triage urgent cases, support new arrivals, and contribute to integrated care with prison staff and external partners. NHS pension and supportive development opportunities accompany this flexible role.

Qualifikationen

• Registered Nurse with current UK registration and Band 5 status.
• Mentorship, supervision, teaching and assessing experience.
• Experience working in probation/health & justice environments and maintaining confidentiality.

Aufgaben

• Deliver comprehensive primary care within a prison settings, including clinics and national screening.
• Assess and triage patients ensuring timely access to urgent care pathways.
• Support early days in custody assessments and connect individuals with appropriate care from day one.
• Lead clinical decision-making and contribute to integrated care delivery across teams.
• Collaborate with prison colleagues and partner agencies.
