Responsibilities

• Investigate breaches of planning control and manage enforcement caseloads.
• Conduct site inspections and gather evidence for decision making.
• Prepare enforcement reports, notices and supporting legal documentation.
• Advise residents, councillors and developers on enforcement matters.
• Support appeals, hearings and court proceedings as required.
