Job summary

Gallagher Benefit Services in Bristol is seeking a Pensions Associate to join the Pensions Operations team. The role focuses on accurate pension administration, member communications, and client reporting in a dynamic, supportive environment.

The ideal candidate will have experience in pension administration, a willingness to study CPC qualification, strong analytical skills, and excellent communication. Eligibility to work in the UK is required.

Qualifications

• Experience in pension scheme administration (DB/DC pensions advantageous).
• Willingness to study toward CPC qualification (Pension Management Institute).
• Strong analytical and data processing skills.
• Excellent communication and attention to detail.
• Team player with good prioritisation to meet deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Manage pension administration tasks and calculations with accuracy.
• Communicate with scheme members via email, phone and letters.
• Prepare member correspondence and client reports.
• Handle non-standard client and member queries.
• Collaborate with team and support Team Leader and Client Executive team.
