Vision for Education is seeking dedicated part-time tutors to support children with Special Educational Needs (SEN) and Looked After Children (LAC) in Medway. This role offers meaningful, tailored educational support and flexible hours with weekly pay.

Responsibilities include delivering engaging tutoring across subjects, coordinating with councils and caregivers, and reporting on progress. Applicants should have tutoring or teaching experience with SEN/LAC and a commitment to safeguarding.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in teaching or tutoring, ideally with SEN and/or LAC.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Understanding of safeguarding and confidentiality.
